Sudocrem has been at the heart of family health since 1931 – a medicine cabinet favourite, it’s widely used to sooth nappy rash, take the sting out of cuts and grazes, and treat minor burns. It’s particularly popular with parents and is seen by many as a nappy bag essential.  

The Problem

Sudocrem asked us to create their first ever DTC e-commerce site where customers would be able to personalise their own pots of Sudocrem.   The project had a tight deadline and needed to meet a number of requirements from the Teva Group – Sudocrem’s parent company. The site had to fit with the brand’s look and feel, and function as an end-to-end ecommerce site that was easy to use and delivered a great customer experience.    

The Solution

As creating a simple and seamless user journey was key to success for this task, we used a custom WordPress theme, integrated with WooCommerce.

The Result

The end result for this project was an attractive, user-friendly end-to-end ecommerce site – and a delighted client.   The project was delivered on time and on budget, and not only met client expectations, but exceeded them.   The site continues to be well used by customers, with numerous people choosing to customise their pots every day.
